We accept the following credit cards:

Dankort (Danish Debit Card), Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa.

Shipping Fees

The cheapest shipping fee is calculated and added to the invoice.

How fast will you ship the order?

Gepard ships twice a week. Orders received on monday before 12:00 (noon, Danish time), are shipped on Tuesday, and orders received on Wednesday before 12:00 (noon) will be shipped Thursday.

However, right before and after fairs or if we received many orders at once, shipping may take up to a week. If you have made a rush order, please notify us by mail (remember to include your order number).

When are the items in the cart purchased?

The items in your cart are not purchased until you have typed in your credit card info at the "Payment" page and pressed "Pay".

At that moment, your bank approves your credit card info and then your order is paid and the items purchased.

How do I return items?

As a company, technically you do not have any right to return items. However, if you regret a purchase, then in some cases it is possible for us to accept a return. Please contact us - you must have a written agreement with us before you return your goods.

Returns and getting your money back are only possible if the goods are undamaged and unused. Also, you must include the receipt.

In the menu to the left you will find a link called "Return Note" - we ask that you answer the questions posted there, print them and include them in your return package. You must pay for the return postage.
