These terms apply to Gepard Garn’s SMS service for retailers. The service is operated by Gepard Garn, Danish business registration number (CVR) 12533934.
What messages can you receive?
Once you have subscribed, you may receive SMS marketing from Gepard Garn about yarn, knitting patterns, knitting needles and knitting accessories. Messages may include new products and colours, stock updates, inspiration and special offers for retailers.
Message frequency varies depending on current news and activities. Messages may be sent automatically through our SMS platform.
Subscription and consent
We send SMS marketing based on your separate consent. Subscribing is voluntary and is independent of your purchases and your wider business relationship with Gepard Garn.
Your consent applies to the mobile number you subscribe. You must be authorised to use that number and subscribe it to the service. If you change your mobile number, please unsubscribe your previous number and subscribe your new one.
Charges
Gepard Garn does not charge you to subscribe to or receive our SMS messages. Your mobile provider’s standard messaging and data rates may apply, for example when you reply to a message or open a link.
Unsubscribing and support
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS from us. You can also request to unsubscribe by emailing b2b@gepardgarn.dk and providing the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe.
Once we receive your unsubscribe request, we will stop sending SMS marketing to that number. If you unsubscribe by SMS, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Personal data
We process your mobile number and information about your subscription, consent and unsubscription to administer the SMS service.
We use Klaviyo as our technical platform. The necessary information may be processed by Klaviyo and other providers that help deliver the service. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with other businesses for their own marketing purposes.

Delivery and changes
SMS delivery depends in part on mobile networks and your mobile provider. Messages may therefore be delayed or fail to arrive.
We may update these terms when the service or relevant requirements change. The current version will be available on this page with its last updated date. We will inform subscribers of material changes. Changes to these terms do not automatically extend your consent; where new consent is required, we will obtain it separately.
