SoftWool Silk carries itself well - at the first wash, the yarn will puff up a bit. The gauge will not change, but the yarn becomes softer and the knitting seems closer.
Many silk/wool mixes has a reputation of growing in the wash. SoftWool Silk does not grow in the wash because the wool chosen is more flexible. Combined it with pliable silk, the wool helps keeps the silk in shape.

SoftWool Silk is very comfortable to wear. A women's blouse only weights around 300 - 350 grams. Wash at 20-25°C
